We sold our 2012 Honda CR-V on Monday, September 22nd, 2014, because they gave us a price we could both agree on and stuck to it. Doing the Right Thing I have a Honda 2006 Civic LX which I bought from YH, (new). I used them for regular service for a few years and then found another shop closer to my I have a Honda 2006 Civic LX which I bought from YH, (new). I used them for regular service for a few years and then found another shop closer to my apartment in Manhattan. I recently discovered that my almost new rear tires had become choppy and had uneven tread wear, ( my shocks and struts had been replaced a year before the tires). I discovered that Honda had issued a service bulletin a few years ago that included my model car and a problem with the rear upper control arm kit leading to uneven tire wear. Long story short, I brought the car in and YH told me that they did not see my model VIN listed with regards to the recall but they would discuss with the service manager. At this point I really wanted to stand up and yell, "I am mad as xxxx......" A few hours later Mike called me and told me that the SB had expired, (which is why my VIN was not listed) but assured me that Honda America would most likely honor the repairs and would contact them. And, in fact they did!! Thank You Mike and Alex for advocating for me. You earned a customer for life. Regards, Bob More
Very Attentive and Thorough I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle and the Yonkers Honda Service staff for most of the decade in which I have owned my 2005 Accord. Mich I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle and the Yonkers Honda Service staff for most of the decade in which I have owned my 2005 Accord. Michelle has always patiently listened to every question I have had, responding with a knowledgeable answer either on the spot or after consulting with the mechanic, but she always gets back to me. The car has needed very few repairs but when it has she has consistently provided detailed explanations as to why the work was needed. Michelle also patiently helps me keep track of the maintenance as she knows I always want the car in top running order, and yet she does not try to oversell anything. On occasion I have dealt with other managers at this service center and they have also been very helpful, but am particularly appreciative to have benefitted from Michelle's knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service commitment. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Yonkers Honda. The staff is extremely pleasant and very easy to work with. The turn around for the service I've requested has been phenomenal (usuall Yonkers Honda. The staff is extremely pleasant and very easy to work with. The turn around for the service I've requested has been phenomenal (usually same day). Their shuttle service is also a key factor when dropping off the car (since I take Metro North to NYC). They are also great with pricing and have accepted other Honda competitors service deals. After previous negative experiences with other Westchester Honda dealers, Yonkers Honda is a breath of fresh air and I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else! More

From start to finish I had an extraordinary experience and I believe this company should be honored to have a team member such as Ms. Michelle. I was completely distraught over my car which I crashed on Feb 3, 2014. I was beyond confused as far as who to call, if or when I should call etc. Michelle somehow found a way to communicate effectively with me although I was very aggravated, again because I didn't know what I was doing. She explained every step of the way to me and guided me through the whole process even when we hit bumps in the road because a lack of communication through my insurance company (ESURANCE... WHICH IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!). She was able to obtain all the necessary information in order to eliminate me out the equation so that I didn't have to keep calling my insurance company. It was really such a great experience and I would recommend this service to ANYONE alive! Again I can't thank you enough for hiring such a loving and compassionate employee such as Michelle. And what's best is she knows what she's talking about and how to expedite things smoothly. She deserves a raise or a vacation! Or maybe even a new Honda on the house ;). Again thank you so much for everything and please thank Michelle Rivera for me she was fabulous and so was the cashier, Christie and all the gentelman who brought my car out to me!!!!! THANK YOU ALL! 2014 will mark the 30th year that I have been dealing with Yonkers Honda. They are a family owned business that really cares about the customer. Today, 5/20/13 Mr. Richard Stein the salesman I purchased the my Pilot from spoke with Richard, the service manager and have contacted me that the necessary service and repairs/replacements will be done under warranty. This makes me very happy and it makes Yonkers Honda the reputable dealership that everyone had told me. I appreciate the fact they will take care of this cosmetic problem. I thank you gentlemen. Just came back from having the timing belt changed on my 2002 Accord V6. Yonkers Honda is the ONLY service center that touches my car.
