RJ and Rich RJ has taken care of my Pilot on two separate occasions. First we had to bring in our 2013 for a recall for the airbag. I had not really paid attention to what was needed but RJ took everything in stride and walked me through it all. He did all the background checking for me to make sure I was doing it correctly. He was so kind. Got me an UBER to work and just made me feel relaxed. He was so cool that it got me thinking of Yonkers Hi da as a real resource. I called him a few weeks later and he priced out running boards for me and then a roof rack. Never any pressure, just helpful easy-going advice. In the end I trusted him enough to save the money and just last week I drove back and RJ ushered me though the process for a second time. Now, the Pilot looks like a beast. He is so easy to work with. So efficient. And really so courteous. Thank you to the whole team. More

I had to go to there service location on 500 Yonkers Avenue because battery died. I had it under warranty but because the diagnostic showed over jumping the battery that I damaged it? Meanwhile I jumped it once! Still saying it could have been done incorrectly. I had to pay over $400 for everything that should have been under warranty. Then I realized my Mats for the front passenger where gone and the driver was ripped and wet. I asked if I can come in for two and was told yes. Then when I got there i was asked if I was paying? I said No why would I pay? The manager told my consultant( who was great) that I didnt have any mats when I came in ???? Are you kidding me ? Of course I did why wouldnt I. Hence why I am here now. Not happy at all and very disappointed. More

On 9/24/18 the trunk lid wouldn't stay open; it would slam shut, and a parking syste In March 2018 I bought a 2017 new Honda Accord Touring leftover. On 9/24/18 the trunk lid wouldn't stay open; it would slam shut, and a parking system sensor problem light appeared on my dash. I brought it in to Yonkers Honda, NY, where i bought the car for warranty work. Both the advisor, Alex and the service manager, Rich said I had caustic materials (not so) in my trunk which caused the damage and the repair would not be under warranty and would cost $770. I brought my car to a different dealer, New Rochelle Honda, NY, who fixed my car under warranty, no questions asked and polite and accommodating as can be. Bobby was my advisor, a true gentleman. A Honda dealer took better care of me than the dealer I from whom i bought the car. It is doubtful I would buy another Honda. And if I did it would definitely not be from Yonkers Honda but from New Rochelle. More

Great service I had my alternator go on me while I was driving. Yonkers Honda service department had a shuttle replace my battery and follow me to the shop. One day went by and I had my car back with an oil change. Rich and R.J. kept me up to date on everything. More
Don't change oil here! Very sketchy. When they change your oil they don't put back in enough, or don't give you the oil type you ask for. They changed my coolant and then Very sketchy. They changed my coolant and then told me a few weeks later that I needed my hoses changed(not true) & WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO CHANGE MY COOLANT AGAIN. They told me my tires had 2/32? of tread when they had 8-10/32 of tread. THEY DON'T DIAGNOSE ON SATURDAY - should be there busiest day! I could go on ....... More
Rip off-Quote of $ 575 for an $85 job. Had my car towed there because it could not start. Service representative initially told me the diagnostic would cost $136. Later called me back to say it may be more complex and I will have to pay a $575 diagnostic charge to go further... just to find out what it is. Towed my car to another mechanic. He diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and fixed it in 20 minutes. Parts and Labor $85. Not getting ripped off.... priceless. They have no conscience! One of the grounding cable was corroded and needed to be changed! More
