I've been buying/leasing my vehicles from Yonkers Honda for the past 15 - 20 years. The sales people are professional and courteous. Their service department is top notch. It seems like the review I posted has mysteriously disappeared. I went to Honda January 2 nd for a new your state inspection and the person came out and told me my battery was weak I had my regular au disappeared. I went to Honda January 2 nd for a new your state inspection and the person came out and told me my battery was weak I had my regular auto repair shop which my boyfriend owns install a new battery. So they straight out lied to me. I also asked them to check my tire pressure again never done I woke up this morning and my tire pressure light was on . This is the worst service station I have ever brought my car to. Do yourself a big favor and do not go near Honda Service center. You will save yourself a lot of money and a lot of aggravation. More
I've been going to the Yonkers Honda service center since 2013. Two days ago I brought my car in for service on the brakes and an oil change. This was the first time I felt the upsell from the sales rep. "4 2013. Two days ago I brought my car in for service on the brakes and an oil change. This was the first time I felt the upsell from the sales rep. "4 Critical" items needed immediate attention. Turns out the only real critical service required was for my brakes which I already expected. I had to question the almost $2000 quote to only be told "They just list it all as critical, no you don't need to do the RECOMMENDED service." That left a very bitter taste because Edson Reyes and the paperwork indicated "Critical" on paper but when I questioned it admitted it was only recommended. In addition, he ignored my question on a loyal customer discount which I have received before. NOT THE WAY TO RETAIN CUSTOMER LOYALTY. I NO LONGER RECOMMEND YONKER HONDA SERVICE. Funny how typically before I even leave I get a request to rate the service and this time I did not. VERY SHADY! More

My car was serviced, but the transmission fluid leaked on my driveway. I left numerous messages, was finally promised that someone would come clean up, but nothing has happened. That was 4 weeks ago. Really bad place to take your car for service. My new car second oil change with tire rotation every lug nut hole every rim damaged from impact wrench. Grease and scratches on fender, door and side mirror. Damage to side mirrors deep scratches. Chunk of rim missing. Messy under the hood after oil change. Leaning on front grill and fascia, now it's sagging and has wide panel gaps. Wiping leather steering wheel with alchohol instead of putting the steering glove on which they have. Door sill came back with scratches and grease. Rub marks on driver's side rear door. Service tech speeding over speed bumps to take the car in to service and then out from service. Never again!! More

They are a family run dealership and make your satisfaction their number one goal. If there is any problem, they will make it right. More
