Yonkers honda does not honor new car warranty In March 2018 I bought a 2017 new Honda Accord Touring leftover. On 9/24/18 the trunk lid wouldn't stay open; it would slam shut, and a parking syste In March 2018 I bought a 2017 new Honda Accord Touring leftover. On 9/24/18 the trunk lid wouldn't stay open; it would slam shut, and a parking system sensor problem light appeared on my dash. I brought it in to Yonkers Honda, NY, where i bought the car for warranty work. Both the advisor, Alex and the service manager, Rich said I had caustic materials (not so) in my trunk which caused the damage and the repair would not be under warranty and would cost $770. I brought my car to a different dealer, New Rochelle Honda, NY, who fixed my car under warranty, no questions asked and polite and accommodating as can be. Bobby was my advisor, a true gentleman. A Honda dealer took better care of me than the dealer I from whom i bought the car. It is doubtful I would buy another Honda. And if I did it would definitely not be from Yonkers Honda but from New Rochelle. More

He patiently answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood the various steps (all new to me) to buying a car. Honest and hard working people with good selection of cars. I was in few honda dealerships including Paragon and Hillside Honda. But they couldn't get me approved unless I put 5K down. Then a friend of mine tol I was in few honda dealerships including Paragon and Hillside Honda. But they couldn't get me approved unless I put 5K down. Then a friend of mine told me about Meer who sold him a CRV at his time with Hillside Honda. We then went to Meer and he worked with Roy, the finance Manager to work with me. They approved me an Accord EX with only 2500 down and low monthly payment. They are really nice people. I became their permanent customer. People like me, who doesn't have best of the credit, should go to Yonkers Honda. They are best than the self claimed best big named dealership. Thanks Meer and Roy. More

No Pressure, Informative, & Honest Experience I went with my daughter Cassandra to look at a CRV in April, Angel was very friendly, pleasant, welcoming, and informative. He showed my daughter three levels and types of vehicles she was interested in and could choose from. Ranging from the lowest model and features to the higher model all depending on what fit her purchased range. Both of us had our eyes one vehicle, in the end, it turned to be the vehicle Angel showed us last. After viewing the interior and my daughter taking the vehicle for a test drive, she was sold. Unfortunately, we had gone there near a little more than an hour before closing, my daughter was not able to get the best rate on financing, because the other banks were closing. But overall the experience was wonderful, with no pressure, and my daughter left a very happy and pleased customer. Thank You, Angel! More
