I'm currently pregnant so my husband and I went to trade in our HR-V for a pilot. We knew we wanted a 2018-2019 model since we have had good luck with certified pre-owned vehicles. We were greeted nicely by in our HR-V for a pilot. We knew we wanted a 2018-2019 model since we have had good luck with certified pre-owned vehicles. We were greeted nicely by a man named Gary. We told him we wanted a 2018-2019 Pilot and he refused to let us go with anything from those years. He insisted on showing us the newest model, which we clearly didn't care about because it wasn't in our budget. We repeated that we wanted a pre-owned, but he kept pushing the latest model on us saying we would pay the same monthly for a pre-owned vehicle versus a new one. Gary then walked away and quickly came back saying we would have to pay $700 monthly. We thanked him for his time and left. We then drove to Paragon Honda, where an amazing salesman named Ben listened to our needs, showed us vehicles within our budget and found us a great deal. We came home with a 2018 Pilot that same night! More
I was not happy the way they operated in the office. I was assisted by Leo. He was very kind and even bought me lunch but he worked backwards and I felt like I was forced into buying a car I couldn’t affo was assisted by Leo. He sold me a car the the air conditioner dies not work properly and when I told him about it he did nothing to help me. I suggest you go to a more experienced sales person. More
I recently leased a HR-V from this dealer. I had previously leased a KIA Sorrento from Yonkers KIA. On 3/21/21 I began the HR-V lease & P/U. At that time, Drake Taveras said he would deliver the KIa previously leased a KIA Sorrento from Yonkers KIA. On 3/21/21 I began the HR-V lease & P/U. At that time, Drake Taveras said he would deliver the KIa to their Yonkers dealership. He delivered the Sorrento to KIA & gave them the wrong VIN# on the transfer document.As a result,I received a letter from KIA that the Sorrento was never returned to the KIA dealership. I called Drake on the day I received the letter (4/21/21). He never returned my call. On 4/23/21 I went to Yonkers Honda to see Drake. I told him what the issue was & he refused to read the letter & didn't even offer to call KIA. He raised his voice as if the problem was someting I I either created. He the insisted that it was my problem & I should go to KIA to resolve it. My wife was witness to this & was appalled by his behavior. I then drove to KIA where it was discovered that D.Taveras posted the wrong Vin#to the transfer document. I do not like fixing other people's mistakes especially when I'm spending a lot of money for the privilege. I'm seriously swearing off Honda due to this experience. However,under no circumstances will I ever deal with Mr. Taveras. More
Really bad place to take your car for service. My new car second oil change with tire rotation every lug nut hole every rim damaged from impact wrench. Grease and scratches on fender, door and side mirror. Damage to side mirrors deep scratches. Chunk of rim missing. Messy under the hood after oil change. Leaning on front grill and fascia, now it's sagging and has wide panel gaps. Wiping leather steering wheel with alchohol instead of putting the steering glove on which they have. Door sill came back with scratches and grease. Rub marks on driver's side rear door. Service tech speeding over speed bumps to take the car in to service and then out from service. Never again!! More
