Today, 5/20/13 Mr. Richard Stein the salesman I purchased the my Pilot from spoke with Richard, the service manager and have contacted me that the necessary service and repairs/replacements will be done under warranty. This makes me very happy and it makes Yonkers Honda the reputable dealership that everyone had told me. I appreciate the fact they will take care of this cosmetic problem. I thank you gentlemen. Yonkers Honda is a true dealership that strives to make and keep custonmers happy. So if anyone is looking for a new Honda, Yonkers Honda is the place to go for your new car. More

Just came back from having the timing belt changed on my 2002 Accord V6. Yonkers Honda is the ONLY service center that touches my car. I am extremely careful about getting it serviced and they have contin 2002 Accord V6. Yonkers Honda is the ONLY service center that touches my car. I purchased an '05 CRV for my daughter back in '07 the salesman, Kirk Powell, promised us a three year warranty for the vehicle. When I sat down to close the deal the Finance Manager,(sorry, his name is n salesman, Kirk Powell, promised us a three year warranty for the vehicle. When I sat down to close the deal the Finance Manager,(sorry, his name is not legible, Mac or something) he advised me the warranty would expire in 2 months. I explained the salesman's promise and was about to cancel the deal. The finance manager offered me a 7 year 100,000 mile "Wrap Around" warranty so as not to lose the deal. I accepted. What he didn't do was write the mileage at the time on the warranty. When the vehicle was brought in for warranty service we were told the warranty expired this past January, two & a half years ahead of time. Honda Care interpreted the warranty as seven years from new, not used. Long story short we lost 2+ years of warranty. Nice people to deal with, not! More
I came to New York looking for an 06' and newer Honda Pilot. After 2 disappointing dealers, I arrived at Yonkers. Frank Gizzi greeted us as we walked into the lot. He was honest, professional, had grea Pilot. After 2 disappointing dealers, I arrived at Yonkers. Frank Gizzi greeted us as we walked into the lot. He was honest, professional, had great customer service skills, and excellent vehicles. I ended up buying an 06' Honda Pilot EX-L. The vehicle was mechanically sound, they changed the oil, and bought some gas. I had to leave that day with the vehicle and Frank stayed late to ensure the financing went through. The only drawback I can think of is they do not accept wire transfers, so I had to finance through Honda. I wanted to pay cash for the SUV. Oh well, will be paid off in 4 months. Thanks for helping with the vehicle Frank. I would recommend him to my friends and family. More
