Best Car Purchase Ever Richard emailed us a price which was better than I obtained from any other dealership. I even checked in PA. I was afraid it might be a "bait and switch" technique - get me into the dealership with a low price and then add other fees to make the actual price higher... But that was not the case. Richard sold me the car for the exact price he had quored and the DMV fees he charged were also lower than those charged by other dealerships. I would recommend buying a car from Richard. More

Very Attentive and Thorough I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle and the Yonkers Honda Service staff for most of the decade in which I have owned my 2005 Accord. Mich I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle and the Yonkers Honda Service staff for most of the decade in which I have owned my 2005 Accord. Michelle has always patiently listened to every question I have had, responding with a knowledgeable answer either on the spot or after consulting with the mechanic, but she always gets back to me. The car has needed very few repairs but when it has she has consistently provided detailed explanations as to why the work was needed. Michelle also patiently helps me keep track of the maintenance as she knows I always want the car in top running order, and yet she does not try to oversell anything. On occasion I have dealt with other managers at this service center and they have also been very helpful, but am particularly appreciative to have benefitted from Michelle's knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service commitment.
