Michelle has always patiently listened to every question I have had, responding with a knowledgeable answer either on the spot or after consulting with the mechanic, but she always gets back to me. The car has needed very few repairs but when it has she has consistently provided detailed explanations as to why the work was needed. Michelle also patiently helps me keep track of the maintenance as she knows I always want the car in top running order, and yet she does not try to oversell anything. On occasion I have dealt with other managers at this service center and they have also been very helpful, but am particularly appreciative to have benefitted from Michelle's knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service commitment.
