I could not believe the reviews I am reading about this dealer. The moment we walked in, we greeted ourselves. Nobody showed us the vehicle. We helped ourselves in checking out the CRV we were interested in. Yes, a "John" made us sit to discuss things (the table at the end, close to the glass). {I selected a Jon from the list of employees, the picture looked like the person we spoke to}. He was not accommodating at all. We inquired about the prices and he replied, what was the price we wanted. We were told that the prices we saw online are the prices. He did not even discuss any offers available. Did not mention any price range of the specific car we inquired. What is the point of having a dealer if you can only go by the online deals? It seems like we were being talked out to lease than to buy a car when we inquired about the fine print on leasing. He stood up and told us that he will ask his boss and we should let him do his job. Ask him what? We were not even talking about prices? What issue are we negotiating with his boss when we did not agree on anything nor laid out any data to be discussed? Overall, we received a very demeaning experience. We walked out. We got the impression that we were viewed as customers who doesn't have the capability to make a purchase. How could you do transactions with somebody who treated you so cold? Not in a million years that I will recommend this dealership to anyone. You need to improve your customer service and I hope you do not judge your customer's capacity by their physical appearance. Given the fact that every person has a heart, then everyone deserves to be treated fairly. Good for you all who had great experience with this dealer. For those who are contemplating to visit or do transaction with them, I wish you all the best and hope your experience will be better than ours. More

I was bummed out at the prospect of having to purchase a used car. I figured I could only afford a lemon since it would be nearly impossible to match the low monthly payments of my previous car (which I purchased used). I walked into Yonkers Honda ready for the disappointment of not being able to afford anything I liked. I was also very guarded and ready to put up a fight with a pushy sales person. Upon entering I was greeted by Mr. Ron Thomas his warm smile, firm handshake, and calm demeanor quickly put me at ease. Ron was very friendly, jovial and exceptionally professional. Ron showed me a few options with ZERO pressure. I told him if he got me a good deal I would literally hop and skip. In the end Ron was able to get me a phenomenal deal! He got me into a 2015 SUV and the kicker is that he was able to get me monthly payment lower than my previous used car. A Christmas miracle! I am so happy I crossed paths with Mr. Thomas. I will recommend him to everyone. If you need or want a car make him your guy. P.S. I hopped and skipped. ~Erica More

From the warm welcome you receive from Gene upon arrival right through to the ladies in the office, it is an outstanding experience. After a very pleasant exchange with Richard Stein, where we signed a contract for a 2014 Honda, I arrived to take delivery of the car and had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Mohammed. He was extremely rude, kept changing his numbers, tried to fudge numbers when we caught his errors and finally refused to sell us the car though we agreed to go through with the 'new' deal. I am still reeling from his unprofessional behavior. It certainly makes one wonder if he was trying to scam the customer with his somewhat delirious interaction. At one point we had three individuals (Richard, Jamie & Mohammed) talking at cross purposes with each saying completely different things about the sale. There was no clarity and none of them were on the same page. Yonkers Honda should be ashamed to present such a public face to a potential customer who had jumped through hoops during the week to present all the required documentation in time. Needless to say I would not recommend such unprofessionalism to anyone. More
