He structured a deal that was tailor made to meet my needs and he was completely humble and a down to earth gentleman which I am extremely grateful for. His demeanor can be described as a guy speaks from the heart not trying to show off his attire. I was bummed out at the prospect of having to purchase a used car. I figured I could only afford a lemon since it would be nearly impossible to match the low monthly payments of my previous car (which I purchased used). I walked into Yonkers Honda ready for the disappointment of not being able to afford anything I liked. I was also very guarded and ready to put up a fight with a pushy sales person. Upon entering I was greeted by Mr. Ron Thomas his warm smile, firm handshake, and calm demeanor quickly put me at ease. Ron was very friendly, jovial and exceptionally professional. Ron showed me a few options with ZERO pressure. I told him if he got me a good deal I would literally hop and skip. In the end Ron was able to get me a phenomenal deal! He got me into a 2015 SUV and the kicker is that he was able to get me monthly payment lower than my previous used car. A Christmas miracle! I am so happy I crossed paths with Mr. Thomas.
