He was flexible on our trade-in value. Knowing that we were long-time Honda drivers, when he actually delivered the car to us, he focused just on the new technology since our most recent purchase (2010) and he got us on our way quickly with a standing offer to call him with questions. Overall, the process of buying the car was as simple and straightforward as buying a TV. More
