He is one of the main reasons I decided to return. He is professional, knowledgable. And attentive. No matter what, he gets you the car you desire! Buying a new car. I highly recommend Yonkers Honda. The Sales man Peter Messina was very pleasant to work with. Even though I did not stay long enough for him to show I highly recommend Yonkers Honda. The Sales man Peter Messina was very pleasant to work with. Even though I did not stay long enough for him to show me the features of the car, I have called him several times with questions and he has been pleasant and assured me that I can come in any time and he would show me what I don't understand. This is how all dealers should be and Michael is the best! I have waited longer in lines at Home Depot than I did in Yonkers Honda when I went in to get my new Accord. Really! Michael was my sales rep and he I have waited longer in lines at Home Depot than I did in Yonkers Honda when I went in to get my new Accord. Really! Michael was my sales rep and he was incredibly nice and accommodated my schedule and needs. There was no dealer nonsense, no "let me talk to my manager", no other office to deal with; no back room conferences, Michael handled our whole transaction without delay. I drove out the same day. I have never had a better, smoother or more satisfying interaction at any car dealer. Michael made this process easy and quick and one unanticipated benefit was that even days later I feel no buyer's remorse. This was the right car at the right price. Period. I am deeply impressed with how this dealership operates and can't say enough about how personable and pleasant Mike was to work with. The owner came out to thank me personally when I took delivery. Just really top-flight folks all around. As an aside, the car is gorgeous! It is so much more refined than my 2006 Accord was, so if you are not sure about an Accord, I can assure you that you will enjoy the newest model immensely! Go to Michael, you'll be happy you did! More

" I have changed my review to three stars from the initial two star rating for one reason only - the senior manager of the dealership contacted me and was profusely apologetic (as he should be) and had I complained prior to purchasing my vehicle at another dealer I think he would have responded accordingly. If you go to this dealer, do NOT work with Gary Wagner. ******************************************************* I already had a quote from another dealer when I came in. Spoke to Samantha over the phone and via email and she was terrific (the two stars for customer service are for her!) Got there and the salesman was rude and acted like I was a bother. I had a vehicle that I was planning to trade in and the salesman told me his used car guy would take a look at it. He did not tell me he was going to drive my vehicle OFF THE PREMISES. He came back and made me an offer for my trade in which was a good offer, but then proceeded to say, "I wouldn't offer you this amount personally, but it's not my call." Um, pardon?? Then he proceeded to tell me that he didn't think he could get me a 2015 Accord Touring as there weren't that many made. So I told him Honda of Manhattan has two. He looked annoyed and generally had an attitude like - buy the car or don't, I don't care. I don't know about you, but I prefer to spend my money, especially *THIS* amount of money (the car was going to be a cash purchase) someplace where I feel appreciated. I work too hard to give my money to someone who would dare to treat me with such disdain. His offer on the new car did beat the price I had from another dealer, so I used it to bargain and got an even better deal. So thanks Yonkers Honda for getting me a better price at another dealer. When it's time for another new car I will not even step foot in your dealership. More

Great Service! I always dread having to go to a dealership to haggle over a car lease deal. I dealt with my usual Honda dealership this morning and kept going back I always dread having to go to a dealership to haggle over a car lease deal. I dealt with my usual Honda dealership this morning and kept going back and forth with the salesman until I had enough, came home and searched the internet and found Jon Saba at Yonkers Honda! I read all of his fabulous customer reviews, then called him. He was so pleasant to speak with. I told him what I had dealt with at the other dealership, and he gave me a better deal with NO HASSLE. My husband who came with me was equally impressed with Jon's service and everyone else we worked with there. The whole transaction took just over an hour, and we drove home with a new CRV today! When my husband's Honda lease is up he will be call Jon, and we will recommend everyone to Jon and Yonkers Honda. Thank you so much More

Consistency at its finest Jon has stayed in contact with me for a whole week before purchasing my brand new Accord Sport. I've been shopping around but only Jon of Honda really Jon has stayed in contact with me for a whole week before purchasing my brand new Accord Sport. I've been shopping around but only Jon of Honda really makes you feel like he truly wants to help. Many other salesmen do not follow up or are rude. Jon has made everything of the process very simple and has always explained everything, and in more detail when asked. As long as you know what you want, he will help. If I could give 5 stars for "Would you recommend this salesman?" I would. Because I was actually recommended to see Jon by somebody else! More
