I traded in my car back in march of this year, they sent the payoff check late to the financial I am highly upset with ike and kevin at yonkers honda. I traded in my car back in march of this year, they sent the payoff check late to the financial company leavin a balance and the account still open. Not to mention they never sent the bill of sale or window sticker to my insurance company so i had to go and take care of that. Kevin lied to me told me my car was in a total loss which wasnt true because my car was never in an accident. So he couldnt give me the full trade in value. Ike says hes going to take care of this situation with the financial company and has yet to do so. I will never refer anyone to this dealership ever... More
