It turns out that she is a Leasing and Retention Manager and not a sales person-but she handled my transaction because she was familiar with my situation. She is amazing! I returned my existing lease and leased a new CRV in 45 minutes, and was very satisfied with the deal. Yonkers Honda has always been a great dealership to work with, and my family and I are return customers - all of the folks that work there are terrific.
