Great Car Buying Experience I highly recommend Mae Soleiman and Yonkers Honda. I read some great online reviews of Mae, and they were true! She was professional and knowledgeable I highly recommend Mae Soleiman and Yonkers Honda. I read some great online reviews of Mae, and they were true! She was professional and knowledgeable. And most importantly, I did not feel pressured to buy or add accessories I did not want. We test drove our car on Saturday afternoon and picked it up Monday night. Very easy and smooth purchase. More

Offensive I went to Yonkers Honda to test drive an Accord and Civic and discuss lease prices. Gary Wagner was initially friendly but when I asked to test drive I went to Yonkers Honda to test drive an Accord and Civic and discuss lease prices. Gary Wagner was initially friendly but when I asked to test drive the cars he said no, without giving a reason. After not letting me drive the cars, he asked for my driver's license, which I did not give him (not clear why he would need it if he wouldn't let me drive). Then he discovered that I previously leased a Honda from another dealer and became openly hostile, accusing me of wasting his time by just coming in to drive cars. He explained to me that Yonkers honda has a "territory" and that since I previously leased from Brooklyn (I live in the Bronx) that was a violation of their territory. He then pushed me to sign a lease deal matching quotes I had gotten from other dealers, all without letting me drive a car. Needless to say I was disgusted by him and left without signing anything. I went up the street to White Plains Honda, where i had a significantly more pleasant experience. I will never enter Yonkers Honda again, and urge every shopper to be extremely careful with Gary Wagner. He is the most unethical, offensive, and obnoxious salesperson of anything, cars or otherwise, that I have ever met. He does not deserve my business, and he does not deserve yours. More
Genie In A Bottle: Exceptional: A+ Ellis Olive was an amazing sales person who granted me my three wishes 1)A New Car 2)Getting Approved 3)Honesty/Respect from a dealership. I am in lov Ellis Olive was an amazing sales person who granted me my three wishes 1)A New Car 2)Getting Approved 3)Honesty/Respect from a dealership. I am in love with my pre-owned 2014 Honda Accord. Ellis showed a great deal of compassion, honesty, and respect from the moment I stepped foot into the Honda Dealership. I gave him my budget, and my honest and he did everything in his power to make my wishes a reality. I am so grateful to have met such a terrific sales person. I will definitely spread the word around about Ellis and Central Park Avenue Honda. Five Complete Stars in my book. Thank you to Ellis and everyone at Honda. More

This was for a car for our son in the military and she walked us through the paperwork, insurance and registration requirements. Everyone was polite, professional and efficient. I wold recommend this dealer and Mae to anyone who needs a car. Hondas are terrific cars and the dealership is great at helping you pick the right car and right financial package. I only buy Hondas, they have great service shops and have a shuttle to take you back and forth. More

She was so easy My wife and I just leased our 3rd Honda with Mae Soleiman. I am so pleased with her professionalism and knowledge of the Honda line. She was so easy to deal with. I am not the type of person that likes to haggle. Immediately Mae gave me a price that was better than other dealerships. We are expecting our first child so she understood that price was important to us. I am a loyal Honda/Mae customer!! Go see her for your next Honda!!! More
Brand & Customer loyalty means nothing at Yonkers Honda I didn't have the best experience. It felt like I was almost pushed out because the offer of the car I was given. They had quoted me the wrong quote o I didn't have the best experience. It felt like I was almost pushed out because the offer of the car I was given. They had quoted me the wrong quote on a CR-V and told me they were going to honor it. (I didnt ask them to honor it, they offered) I was told to come in and speak to the GM directly and nobody else. When I got there, the GM came out, introduced himself, then passed me on to the first sales Representative that he saw. It felt like I was pawned off to sales associate becuase he didnt want to deal with a costumer, although the sales associate seemed very nice, it felt like an inconvenience that I was there to everyone.. If I was willing to take stock on a car that they currently had it might have ended differently, instead the minute i had a color preference the entire situation changed. Even though the color I wanted was listed as "in transit" and was on its way. When it came time to talk about my trade in, they had already wrote me off and offered me less money for the car to account for the mistake they offered to honor on the price of the car. Overall the experience at Yonkers Honda left me feeling like I was looked at as being too young to purchase a car. I came there with the highest expectations and very impressed that they offered to honor the price of the car they quoted me (keep in mind, they called me to say they would honor it, I didnt ask). I ended up leaving very dissapointed. When I asked the sales representative for a monthly cost he pulled out his phone and quickly added a few things up and rambled off a high number without listening to my down payment or payment options that I had chosen. When I said the payments would be high and I would like to rework some numbers, he dismissed me by handing me his business card and telling me to let him know if anything changes. I will purchase my vehicle from a dealer that honors the value of a costumer and understand the value of a customer with brand loyalty. More

In the running were the subaru crosstrek, the Honda HRV, and the Mazda cx3. Since we already purchased 3 hondas from Yonkers Honda naturally it was in the front of the others. We went to the dealer and a wonderful woman by the name of Mae Soleiman greated us in the most professional and warming spirit and asked the standard questions as any true salesperson should do. We were shown the vehicle in question and left alone to view it. Shortly after Mae returned and asked if we had any questions. After a short conversation we explained what we were looking for and Mae gave us a price and handed off her business card. We told her we were looking at different brands and would get back to her. Much to my surprise there was no hard sell or anything of that nature, only a perfect statement of if there is anything you need please call. A few weeks later I told my wife let's go purchase the Honda HRV. I emailed Mae to set up a time to meet at the dealership to make a deal. When we arrived at the agreed upon time Mae was there and waiting to show us two different levels of the vehicle, since we really did not know which one we wanted. Again she went over the two in question and left us alone to talk. Usually at this point a car salesperson tries to push you into the higher level since a commission is on the line. This did not happen. Mae returned and we sat down to make the deal. Never was there any type of problem from start to finish. We went to the bank to get a certified check, I called to set up a pick up time and returned the same day! The finance person named Curt processed all paperwork as fast as anything I had ever experience and again there was no hard sell to take the extended warranty, just the question are you interested. Total time on the entire process was about 2 hours from start to finish. Go here if you want a great experience in buying a new vehicle, assuming you are looking for a Honda. On a scale from 1 ( the lowest ) to 10 ( the highest ) they get an 11. Don and Maggie More
