The finance manager flat out lied and continued to lie through the conversation I had with him and the sales manager after my sale. He sold me on the additional protection plan, extended coverage and gap insurance. Upon deliver of the vehicle when they ran the car through the car wash it shattered the sunroof. I was unable to take deliver of the vehicle that day and they gave me a loaner which barely had any gas and soon as I took it off of the lot the low tire pressure indicators came on. Within 3 days of signing I had left 2 voicemail messages with the finance manager to remove all the add on's from my loan and had asked him to return my call to verify. He never returned my calls that week. The following week I called again and left 2 additional voicemail messages for a total of 4, which he did not return any of my calls. I finally got a hold of him before my vehicle was delivered to my home and he said he took everything off my loan and I was good to go and I just needed to resign the new papers. When my vehicle got delivered he added 2% on to my APR. I had left messages for the general manager to call me. He never did. I called again and again and they connected me with the sales manager and finance manager. The amount of BS the finance manager spewed was unbelievable. When I originally signed with him he said I could refinance somewhere else for a better rate he just asked that I keep the loan through them for 4 months. Over the phone he lied about returning my calls and completely dominated the conversation and acted like he had no recollection of his prior conversations with me when I was in the dealership. RUN AWAY from this dealership! I can keep going on and on about everything that went wrong with this sale but I will just stop and warn anyone about the poor customer service experience. Go somewhere else to purchase your vehicles and save yourself from the headache. More
Wanted $1450 for A/C repair. 2nd opinion, actual cost $208. I paid them $132.00 to diagnose the problem with the rear A/C. I was told my car needed a new rear A/C condenser core and expansion valve. Cost for re I paid them $132.00 to diagnose the problem with the rear A/C. I was told my car needed a new rear A/C condenser core and expansion valve. Cost for repair, $1450. Took it to a local independent shop. They located the leak and advised me it was the Schader valve leaking. Cost to replace the valve and add Freon, $208. It now works like new. I took the repair invoice back to the dealership to ask how could they get the diagnosis so wrong? The difference is astounding. The service manager, Michael L. danced around the subject as though he on Dancing with the Stars. His reasons made no sense and I pointed that out to him. I requested a refund of my $132 based on the clear misrepresentation of what was wrong. After about 20 minutes of me explaining the ridiculous nature of his excuses and clear lack of willingness to concede his technician might have missed the mark he offered this even more ridiculous offer. He offered for me to bring my car back to the dealership and he would have the technician remove the parts he said needed to be replaced and show them to me to prove he was right. My response, “Michael, do realize how ridiculous that would be? It will cost you more money to pay the tech to remove and reinstall those parts along with the time it takes to evacuate the system and recharge it. You’d be way ahead if you just refunded my money.” He held his ground. No refund. It’s been a week now and my A/C system works great. The quote I was given by Yates GMC was clearly a scam to get my money. No legitimate troubleshooting had been performed. No consideration was given to customer satisfaction by Michael the service manager. It’s shameful that a guy like him would be in a position of management in such a competitive industry. More
AWESOME SERVICE! When we arrived at Yates Buick, Mark one of the sales representatives, introduced himself to us and welcomed us kindly into the dealership. Not knowing that another representative named Sean Nagler had an established appointment with us, Mark was still very helpful, professional and assisted us until Sean took over. Sean Nagler was extremely helpful by taking his time in showing and explaining different features of the vehicle, including a test drive. All through the process Sean has made it easy and comfortable for us from the beginning to the end. He was not pushy, but he was very patient with us! He was also thorough and very informative. Jeremy Hough, the financial officer, was very patient, professional and personable explaining the maintenance package and other important documents. We truly appreciate the dealership staff at Yates Buick in Goodyear! We wholeheartedly recommend their services and will definitely refer others to them when purchasing a vehicle. More

Ashley Salinas in the Service Department has been nothing but the best with me and my vehicle. Every time i go in for service she will treat me like my time and life is valuable. She will have a car loaner ready for me to continue with my day instead of me wasting my whole morning waiting for my truck. I can always count with her genuine advise when it comes to my truck maintenance. She even goes above and beyond and calls my extended warranty insurance company of she finds anything wrong with my truck and lets me knows she took care of it instead of me dealing with it. Please visit Yates GMC and ask for Ashley, i guarantee you will be very well treated and you will no longer go elsewhere for any of your vehicles maintenance! After a couple of not so stellar shopping experienc I recently purchased a new GMC Terrain at Yates and had the best car buying experience of my life. After a couple of not so stellar shopping experiences at other local GMC dealers where we were promised a price over the phone or online only to be told we do not qualify for the online price and we would have to pay thousands more we went to Yates. We then were transferred to the General Manager after asking to speak with a manager because of our frustration with other dealers experiences. Let me tell you he could not have been any more helpful and straightforward. He explained that they were a low up front price store and that they give everyone the lowest price they have available right up front. No back and forth, no lying no bait and switch. Needless to say I will be giving Yates all my business going forward! More
