Ashley Salinas in the Service Department has been nothing but the best with me and my vehicle. Every time i go in for service she will treat me like my time and life is valuable. She will have a car loaner ready for me to continue with my day instead of me wasting my whole morning waiting for my truck. I can always count with her genuine advise when it comes to my truck maintenance. She even goes above and beyond and calls my extended warranty insurance company of she finds anything wrong with my truck and lets me knows she took care of it instead of me dealing with it. Please visit Yates GMC and ask for Ashley, i guarantee you will be very well treated and you will no longer go elsewhere for any of your vehicles maintenance! No bait and switch pricing here. I recently purchased a new GMC Terrain at Yates and had the best car buying experience of my life. After a couple of not so stellar shopping experienc I recently purchased a new GMC Terrain at Yates and had the best car buying experience of my life. After a couple of not so stellar shopping experiences at other local GMC dealers where we were promised a price over the phone or online only to be told we do not qualify for the online price and we would have to pay thousands more we went to Yates. We then were transferred to the General Manager after asking to speak with a manager because of our frustration with other dealers experiences. Let me tell you he could not have been any more helpful and straightforward. He explained that they were a low up front price store and that they give everyone the lowest price they have available right up front. No back and forth, no lying no bait and switch. Needless to say I will be giving Yates all my business going forward! More

Service Gone Wrong I took my vehicle in for service repair to my AC, paid $1200, my AC stopped working the next day after I picked it up. I have A good family friend who own gmc dealerships out of state and I was recommended to use Yates. All of the staff has gone over and above to take care of any questions-none really oil change, keys and key fobs...have had with my gmc. Very nice feeling to know where to refer my friends. worst experience By far one of the worst car buying experience me and my wife has ever had. We went in on 3-15-2015 to look at and purchase a used 2007 dodge 2500 dies By far one of the worst car buying experience me and my wife has ever had. We went in on 3-15-2015 to look at and purchase a used 2007 dodge 2500 diesel truck. They were asking 28,000 for the truck. We had a trade-in with about 6K of negative equity. Nothing uncommon for most people. So we were looking at a bit of a jump in our monthly payment, but it was to be expected. we were looking at 34,000 plus taxes on the vehicle. The desk manager on duty at the time tried to get the sales me to force use into running credit before he would give us any numbers. Me and my wife told the salesmen that if the desk manager could not give us some rough numbers, then we would just go buy a truck somewhere else. When the salesmen told the desk manager that, I hear the desk manager tell the salesmen fine tell them to walk. Wow not sure how a place like this can make money when they let money walk out the door. Me and my wife went down the street to another dealer and bought a brand new dodge 1500 for 42,000 after having to roll over some negative equity and put some money down. Did not get exactly what I wanted, but I got a good buying experience, were the worked with me to find numbers that would work for me. The funny part is I spent more money with another dealer at that. Sad !!!! More
