No sense in contacting you. Every time I've reached out, I've been met with denial and argumental responses. Still have not received a refund for my plates they never got for me but charged me for. I believe it's time I file a formal complaint with the AG's office.

I told Ramon we were only interested in a RED Encore GX and at a certain price. He assured me he had a red GX and could match or beat that price. I stated that i didn't want to make the drive down there if he didn't have a red GX close to the price i showed him. I am only 5 miles from Liberty Buick where my wife bought her last red GX. They offered a very good price but they didn't have a RED one.When we got there he had a red GX for $8000 more than what we were quoted. I had told him my wife only wanted wipers, AC, and radio, no extras bust it had to be RED. When we arrived he pulled the old bait and switch. He had a red one but the price was on a white one. I still have all the texts if he has a different story. We were both pissed when we left and will never be back!!!
