Although it is never a fun task to have your vehicle serviced, the customer service at Yates is always superb. With my schedule so busy, it is hard to find a time to bring my car in for service, even for something as simple as an oil change. I have a Chevrolet, not Buick,Pontiac or GMC Truck! But, I have had excellent service at Yate's despite that fact for 10 years now. Derek was new to me, but I am here only six months per year. Mark Bachelor has sold a second new vehicle to us: the first was a new '06 Savana 3/4 ton van and today we purchased a new '10 Denali. Mark is a very fine gentleman and strives to please us during our purchase and whenever I'm in for service. The third vehicle, '06 GMC 3/4 ton 4x4 was sold to us by a salesman named Eric who no longer works there. The shuttle driver Josie is a sweetheart and that service to me is very important when our vehicles go in for any kind of service. We are so glad GM decided against closing down this dealership. The store is only 8 miles away and we feel an established professional customer friendship with several employees. It ain't the buildings that sell cars, it's the people working in those buildings that make the difference. These three employees make the difference. More
My CD player ate my CD!!! Literally - it wouldn't give it back. So I took my car in and Joe was my service writer. Very friendly, knowledgeable... but unable to make the call as to what to do. So he ca it back. So I took my car in and Joe was my service writer. Very friendly, knowledgeable... but unable to make the call as to what to do. So he called in the Service Manager, Barrie. They had their guy take out the whole unit (which had to be done to preserve the natural wood trim on the face, since it can't be matched exactly) and sent it off to have my CD extracted and sent back. The whole thing took maybe 15 minutes. They had a new CD player in my vehicle the next day, and the CD itself back in my hands within a week. Very nice folks. Even did a Mapquest search for me for where I was headed when I left. More
GM is either changing their motive around taking care of the most important person "THE CUSTOMER" or YATES is doing an Excellent Job on their own! I can not say enough about Yates. This is the 2nd Pontiac I have bought in 5 years. I only take it to Yates for service. I get my Buick Enclave serviced at Yates regularly. Shane Arsenault has always gone above and beyond in making sure all my needs are met. We came here from Clovis, NM (my husband is in the Air Force and we move about every three years) and the service department where we bought the car was going to be tough to beat. Shane exceeded my expectations in a big way. We have had difficulty witht he in-headrest DVD players almost from the purchase of the vehicle. The fact they were after-market made it even more difficult to get the problem straightened out. Shane hasn't let this fact hold him back. He has contacted the company that makes the DVD players and kept on them to get the problem fixed. This is remarkable to me because it's technically not Yates' problem. I've been so impressed with his service that when he told us Yates recently obtained the ability to do warrenty work on Corvettes, we brought my husband's Corvette to Yates instead of the Chevy dealer up the street. Thank you, Shane, for always taking such good care of us. Now the next Buick dealer will have quite a reputation to live up to!! More

Every time I take my car into the service department, Steve greets me with courtesy, and a knowledge of what is going on with my car.
