I HAVE NOT IN THE PAST PREFERRED THE DEALERSHIP TO A LOCAL MECHANIC. HOWEVER SINCE I PURCHASED MY USED SUV FROM THEM I HAVE FOUND THAT THEIR PRICES HAVE MORE COMPETITIVE THAN A LOCAL SERVICES /MECHANIC LOCAL MECHANIC. I DRIVE FROM GLENDALE TO GOODYEAR EXPLICITLY BECAUSE OF THE TRUST THEY HAVE BUILT WITH ME AND THE BACKUP THEY PROVIDE FOR THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO I HAD AN ISSUE ARISE AND WHEN I CALLED THE DEARSHIP ON THE ISSUE THE RESPONSE WAS IMMEDIATE TO CORRECT THE SITUATION.
