Traded my 2018 hyundai elantra for a new car. Was offered 3000 they said that was fair market and couldn't offer anymore and then turned around 2 days later and put it on the market for 9900 and Was offered 3000 they said that was fair market and couldn't offer anymore and then turned around 2 days later and put it on the market for 9900 and sold it 1 week later. Never responded to my review to the dealership where they say they respond to all reviews. What a bunch os @&×!. Never will buy from Yates Buick again More
We purchased a used vehible from Yates a few weeks ago. We realized that the horn was not working so called to bring it back in. It was still under warranty, but they had us take it to a different dealer We realized that the horn was not working so called to bring it back in. It was still under warranty, but they had us take it to a different dealership for the service. They provided no loaner car and had the vehicle for over 10 days. We could not get any communication back from Yates and the other dealership could not get a hold of Yates either. We ended up paying for the repair because we were out of a vehicle for so long. The repair was over $300. We have tried to reach out to our salesman, service department, and supervisors without even a return call back. The other dealership that completed the repair has had the same issue in regard to communication. This is the second vehicle that we have purchased from Yates, but will not complete another transaction with them. This dealership is not trustworthy and we would NOT recommend purchasing from them. Crooked business tactics, they tag on to the bill a bunch of ridiculous fees so they can use them to negotiate the price that they want to get. Better business bureau should look into this matter. of ridiculous fees so they can use them to negotiate the price that they want to get. Better business bureau should look into this matter. More
Zero stars for me. At this point I'm soon tired if dealing with this dealership. I don't recommend this place to any. I've called them after writing a review, and left messages for them to call me back. And still nothing. All I want is for them to fix the problem that should of been done before buying my car. I've told them about this issue with the Vehicle the fist month. now I have to pay out of pocket a large sume of money and still making payments.I would not recommend this dealership to no one. More
We received a safety recall letter for our Buick enclave in March 2024. Call to make an appointment and they told me they did not have the parts but that they would order and let me know in about 5 days whe in March 2024. Call to make an appointment and they told me they did not have the parts but that they would order and let me know in about 5 days when they had the part to schedule the repair. Tried to make an appointment in April since I never received a call back. Yates said they did not have a part even though the letter said the parts were in. Tried again in May. Yates said they would order the part. Tried again in June. They said they would order the part. Tried to get in July and they told me the part was back ordered, however, the next day they called and said they had the part. I was leery at this point since it had taken them all of these months and multiple stories regarding this recall part almost reluctantly, I set up an appointment one week later to have part installed. Letter says it will take 35 minutes to install. Eight and a half hours later I got my car back. (You would think when they give you an appointment, your car would be serviced at the appointment time. Why give me an 8:00 a.m. appointment when you're not even going to begin working on the car until 3:00 p.m.?) I got my car back at the end of the day, and they didn't even bother to snap back the floor cover that they popped open to get to the battery. I really do not like this place. I don't fault my service rep Ashley, she's kind of caught in the middle and was very professional. I feel bad that they must take a lot of heat from dissatisfied customers. Although I did not give her any heat. I understand that service reps sometimes take the wrath of people while they ownership laughs all the way to the bank In addition, I was hesitant to go to Yates because of two prior bad experiences over the years, but I figured I'd give him another shot since this was a simple recall part install that supposedly would only take 35 minutes according to the letter. On a prior visit some years ago, I was looking at a used vehicle. The salesman assured me that the used car I was looking at had a 172 point inspection. So I took it to have it checked at Brakes Plus. The list of repairs it needed would have totaled over $3,000. I stopped at another garage and was told virtually the same thing. When I took it back to the salesperson questioning the so-called 172 point inspection that they claim they do, he said "hey I can only tell you what they told me" and then walked away from me smiling. Talk about a con man! They also tried to pawn a used crummy Buick LeSabre to my in-laws some years back. My gosh it didn't even have electric windows but they wanted about $2, 200 more than Kelley Blue book said it was worth. My advice, if you live in our around Goodyear, go to CarMax if you're going to get a used car. And go to any other service center for car repairs such as Wilhelm or Christian Brothers. Stay away from Yates! More
Nothing but headaches with this dealership. They love to play stupid games when it comes to hidden fees, warranties and add ons. The sales guy will say something and the finance manager will say another. Then the GM will contradict both of them. It could be a lack of communication amongst the team but it's probably to stir up confusion so you just settle on a price. Lastly, they won't sell any cars without their Yates Advantage Warranty but they also make you sign a paper saying that they are not forcing you to buy the warranty. The warranty is provided by RoadVantage and according to them, you can cancel at any time but Yates won't allow it. I had to threaten litigation to get them to cancel the warranty. They know they are in the wrong when they say these lies. They just think people are too scared to get lawyers involved. Beware of these bafoons. More
Ladies do not go here unless you want to be taken advantage of! I came to get an oil change and they lied and told me that my car battery was very low and that I needed to get a new one. Michael Kenn advantage of! I came to get an oil change and they lied and told me that my car battery was very low and that I needed to get a new one. Michael Kennedy was my service advisor and he was trying to get me to purchase a $300 car battery even though I told him I had JUST bought one at Autozone. He insisted my car battery was in immediate need of a replacement. Later that week, I went to Autozone and had them test my car battery, which came back at 80%! I didn't need a new car battery at all, but Michael had tried to scam me into purchasing a new one. Please ladies, beware! I feel like they definitely tried to take advantage because I am a young woman who appears to know nothing about cars. Michael Kennedy was my service advisor and Alejandro M was the technician. Please beware of these men! More

I only bought tires and I’m now on my 4th trip back. Recommended awful tires, tires were not balanced, were over inflated and were not cleaned off when delivered, flat tire sensors were not reconnected, after new tires replaced with better ones my digital speedometer isn’t working & tires over inflated. I would never buy here. Quality Control is not even part of their wheel house. More
