Oil slick in my driveway I would have given zero stars if I could. Wife went in for simple oil change for 2012 scion xb that was scheduled. Took longer than it should have. Got home to find oil leaks all over driveway staining it. Found spilled and dripped oil in engine compartment I had to clean up. Oil plug in pan was not tightened enough. Called and brought it back. They offered no discount nothing just appologies. Meanwhile her time is wasted by having to go back. As well as my time cleaning up oil stains on my driveway. They didn't even offer a free oil change next time. The excuse was "sometimes the plug feels like it's tight when it isnt." I have done hundreds of oil changes on Toyotas, nissans, and fords. Everyone vehicle has torque specification for the plug to be torqued with a torque wrench not by feel. Plus you should start the engine let it run and check for leaks (standard procedure). I would be afraid, very afraid to have them doing anything more than put wiper blades on. Seeing they can't even do a basic oil change on a new vehicle without it leaking. This places quality has gone way downhill after Yark took over from Rouen. I won't be back for sevice or to purchase. More

He was friendly, unassuming & gave us just enough incentive to close the deal that day. ;) The finance department was helpful at getting us a good rate & keeping our payments down while adding in the extended wrap coverage. After our purchase we discovered a couple things on the car that needed replacing (high beam light bulbs, rear seatbelt buckle) and were told these will be corrected as soon as we bring it back in. We are extremely pleased with our purchase & with the service we have already received from our dealer! More
