I brought my 2003 tundra in for a airbag recall. The day before my appointment I had a front caliper that went bad. When I checked in for my appointment I told them of my issue with the brakes and they were before my appointment I had a front caliper that went bad. Because of the time involved in fixing the brakes they gave me a loaner car to drive. More

It took 1 1/2 hours for grease & oil & tire pressure check. Also I was first in line at 7:30 a m & they took second in line first. Poorly run. They also couldn’t fix tire pressure light on Panay. I'm not as happy with the service that was done this time. I had a coupon to rotate the tires and it appears it might not have been done and if it was, the tire pressure wasnt checked because the ligh time. They removed a low beam headlight without informing me so the place where I purchased it had trouble warranting it. The engine light came on suddenly after I came back to have air put in the tires. Etc. Etc.. . I've never had problems with sevice service before. Disappointing. More
