I was very pleased with Yark Toyota in Maumee. They were nice on the phone when I called to schedule an appointment. Nick took great care of me once I got there. Always friendly and welcoming. Usually have a great experience. This last visit was a little different though. When checking in and going over what was needed, I wasn’t quoted a price. During the service they discovered two air filters and a light bulb that needed to be replaced, which was no problem. I wasn’t given a price ahead of time for those either. The final price wasn’t out of line from what I was expecting, however it would seem to be a better practice to provide estimates up front. The service was fine, however when I got in my car after paying, there was grease smudged across the armrest on the door. That was a little disappointing. More

I had three recent trips here.1. I recently took my car I had three recent trips here. 1. I recently took my car in for major Oil leak and 10 days later had to go back in today because the fan would not st I had three recent trips here. 1. I recently took my car in for major Oil leak and 10 days later had to go back in today because the fan would not stop after turning off the engine. Coincident? I dnt think so. Someome did a sloppy job cleaning oil up and fan short circuited. Not to mention after oil leak I was told it is because the pipe was rusty an old. So my question is when 25 point inspection or whatever is made on previous service why was it not brought up?? and what good is the so called inspection. 2. Similarly, I had an oil change and tire rotation few montha ago. The next day had to come back because the tire was making squeaky noise because it was put sloppy in rush. 3. I had Toyota Sienna serviced and break column was marked red but was told everything checks out. Inspected report when I went home. Called back to see why it is makred red. Oh your break pad or whatever is rusted and on next service needs change. If you are marking something red you should explain this to customer. So to me coming back here after a service has become a norm which results in loss of productivity and waste of time because someone is too sloppy to do the job. Probably will be my last trip to this dealership...unless something else short circuts in next 10 days... More
