Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and we have forwarded your review to proper management for more information. You initially brought your vehicle in with a concern that the vehicle would stall after about an hour of driving. In order to attempt to diagnose the concern, the tech drove it a total of 9 miles. You were given a courtesy loaner vehicle to use while we looked at your vehicle. The loaner was issued to you with a full tank and returned with less than half a tank and you were not charged for gas used. Your patronage is important to us and we hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you again in the future.

We truly apologize for your experience and that it has led to your negative review. We have forwarded your concerns to proper management for further information. We understand that your vehicle was brought in without an appointment. We looked at it immediately and have not been able to duplicate the concerns you are having. The oil leak we repaired previously is not associated with your current concern. You mention another vehicle we serviced for routine maintenance in the past. That vehicle was noted to have some rust on the rotors and your advisor at that time explained that this was not cause for concern and they would be replaced when the brakes were due to be replaced. As for the multi-point inspection, it is meant to check over basic areas of the vehicle and is not a substitute for diagnostics. In this instance, you presented with an oil leak on 12/14/20 and had not been in for service when the inspection was performed last on 5/13/20.
