I was disappointed when I had to schedule an appointment for a week later to have a map update installed, because I couldn't make it work and when I went back they couldn't do it either. I had to go back again & it's an hour & a half drive each way. They figured out how to do it on a like model car before they scheduled me to come back, but I had 9 hours of driving, plus about 14 hours while they worked on it. More
