I was disappointed when I had to schedule an appointment for a week later to have a map update installed, because I couldn't make it work and when I went back they couldn't do it either. I had to go back again & it's an hour & a half drive each way. They figured out how to do it on a like model car before they scheduled me to come back, but I had 9 hours of driving, plus about 14 hours while they worked on it. More

I've always left the dealership happy. They don't play that over promise game, instead they're upfront with whatever the sales or service issue might be.
