The car purchase was great. The service department has nice folks but follow up on part showing up and poor tracking between service and body shop needs to be improved. Rates that increase as time goes on seem to be little gouging. I had to go right back in because my issue wasn't fixed and need to return in a day or so for incorrect billing. Was dealing with service manager but he was out with covid and seemed to leave no notes on the account. More

I love my Subaru Legacy. I appreciate that Yark Subaru, in a time of needed repairs, was able to get me in quickly. They gave me access to a loaner so I could take care of some errands instead of sitting in a time of needed repairs, was able to get me in quickly.
