It was our first Subaru and we are very pleased with it. The four wheel drive is what attracted us to Subaru.Our snow storms are not as bad there as they are here. I needed the safe feeling when my wife drives in rain and snow. We have been married for 52 years this October so her/our safety is paramount. A clean, comfortable Forester loaner was ready for my husband and I, when we dropped of the car at the end of the day. The experienced and professional team identified the problem quickly (a stone had worked its way in, causing the issue) and had it repaired the next morning. My Forester was sparkling clean, disinfected and running like a top when we picked it up. Our service experience was as smooth and pleasant as our buying experience at Yark.
