Everyone was friendly enough, I got what I came for. I was annoyed that the car needed wheel bearings replaced and I took the car with a quarter tank of gas in it. I know that’s mainly on me, however I feel like the process is a little finessed towards not benefiting the customer. Overall I probably wouldn’t do business with Yark again. More

My only complaint is when you call to make an appointment you usually have to wait at least a week to get in. Other than that the service is fantastic. An oil change with tire rotation and car wash was about you usually have to wait at least a week to get in. Other than that the service is fantastic. Today I had a problem with my mirrors folding up when I started the car. I called to see if someone could tell me what to do, nobody was available. I had to drive to the dealership and the problem was qu started the car. I called to see if someone could tell me what to do, nobody was available. Both today, and last week when I had my oil changed, I was told that they were short staffed. Not good! Each time the service itself was excellent. More
