I booked to have the car seen to because of a grinding sound in the front. I went in at the appointed time and left the car. Pearl and the Smoke Our Outback (Pearl) often had a terrible burning odor when the engine was idling or heat and cd player were in use. No problem getting it in the shop, but it was bad timing because it took 2 weeks to get Pearl back. Hey no problem. I like and trust these guys, we got to use a new car as a loaner, and so far no more burning smell. More

The service manager and his team did an excellent job, once Subaru approved the repair and sent them the part. I personally don’t like the way was getting cheated. Before servicing I was told that it will cost me a particular amount plus tax which I was OK with. When I went to pick my veche up I was getting over Before servicing I was told that it will cost me a particular amount plus tax which I was OK with. When I went to pick my veche up I was getting overcharged by $150, the person though I would not know what is going on. I told him and showed him the estimate and then be got the price back to what I was quoted. Don’t like to deal with such people. More
