Unbeknownst to me, when I took my car in for service (first time on new car after trading in a 10 year old car), they turned off the automatic headlights and did not turn them back on. Friday night I left a well lit parking lot without headlights turned on. I turned onto a well lit major road and still did not realize I had no lights on. However, when I turned onto a less well lit road I realized I was having trouble seeing. I drove several miles before I thought that maybe the problem was my lights and not my eyes. As always, the service and people were terrific. I do have an issue with the policy of only accepting rating scores of 5 on reviews. I have always had a good relationship with this dealership. They have always been courteous and friendly. However, the last time I was there I was charged nearly 500 dollars for work they said need dealership. They have always been courteous and friendly.
