He went over every feature of the van in detail and showed us how to work the technology. We were very impressed. Joe Moreno is a charismatic and friendly person as well. He made the ordeal of getting vehicle financing more bearable by giving us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He put us at ease throughout the process. We went to Yark looking for a used car that was in our monthly budget and we needed to find one that day. We explained our situation to Rob and he was able to find us a car that we loved in an hour. Thanks to Rob we have a car that we love and we didn't have to spend hours or days searching for the right vehicle. We told him what we could afford and what we were wanting and he listened. I was really impressed with how easy and hassle free it was to buy our car and Rob contacted us days later see if we were happy with our purchase. It's hard to find a good salesmen that you really can trust which is why I gave such a great rating to Rob and will continue to buy my cars from him. Long day. Arrived at Yark Automotive at 1:00 and left a little after 7:00 p.m. I only deal with Salesman Tony Adler. Visited Nissan first then Subaru. Gary Eakes was excellent in his handling of my service issues. I had several recalls and because it would take several hours and I live 50 miles away, Gary saw to it that I received a rental car and told issues. I purchased my second lease at Yark Nissan on July 23rd. On August 3rd, we were riding down the street and the tire burst. I called service Monday, August 5th and informed the situation. The tire was ordered and I was informed to bring the car inI on Tuesday August 6th and they will look at the tire. Tuesday, I brought the car in and Ray the manager looked at the tire and stated he doesn't know what happen and I will have to pay for the tire. He stated, he doesn't know what happen but he say anything would be a guess. He said, it could have been a nail or anything. He does not know. There was no nail in the tire, but I still had to pay for it. This will be my last time leasing from Nissan. Poor customer service. Elisha More
My wife and I went to Yark looking for a car. The salesman was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing, Very friendly and not pushy. We selected a car and when the finance guy came in that is when things started to go wrong. He had us sign up for a program that come to find out later that the finance company wouldn't eve accept. I had already paid to be in this program and had to fight to get my money back for something that I shouldn't have even had in the first place. After talking with the finance company I found out that Yark had been told multiple times that they didn't accept the program. I called Yark back and they told me just do it anyway and don't tell them. I told Yark that the only thing I wanted was an answer as to why this all happened? The finance manager put me on speaker phone and still couldn't give me an answer. He made me feel stupid for asking why his company would sign me up for a program I couldn't even use and take my money. The car we got is great but given the circumstances I will not be going back to Yark and will inform my friends of what happened. More
We come from a small city about 35 miles from Toledo. We have purchased Chrysler cars approximately every four years since the 1960's. It was " outside of our comfort zone " to come to the Dealership to have purchased Chrysler cars approximately every four years since the 1960's. We were there several times because we were bringing an elderly woman to a specialist in Toledo Our time was very limited but we just dropped in twice to check out this gorgeous Platinum Armada a friend had told us about. Time was very limited on those trips. Finally we came back when we could spend awhile. We were greeted by this sweet, enthusiastic lovely lady named Angela Taylor. She was VERY nice and told us we should drive the car and meanwhile they would appraise our vehicle, a spotless 2008 Chrysler Aspen SUV. We were introduced to the Sales Manager and later a young finance person. They ALL seemed so friendly and had great personalities. We were thrilled to come to terms on the Armada and have enjoyed the car for the first 24 hrs. We hope to be future customers and appreciate the nice experience we had. Planning to tell all the people in Napoleon to come and see about a deal !! More
