Great Experience My daughter was looking for her first car. We arrived at the dealership late (around 5:30), mind you they closed at 6:00 that night. Since we knew what car we wanted to test drive, he found the key, and we drove it around the parking lot. The next day, I was able to take it for a couple of hours, and make a great deal. TJ stayed over both nights to accommodate our schedule. My daughter is now a proud owner of a 2015 Nissan. His patience, and understanding of our situation, and schedule without any pressure from him, makes him one of the best sales people I've met. Just plain awesome I will not be going to anyone except Alex Lyell ever again! He was so good with us and worked with us to get us into a new car quick! I had so much negative equity on my car but he never doubted that he could work with it and get us into a new car that day. He even stayed late to make sure that everything was taken care of. He then came in the next day on his day off to show me how the car worked (we couldn't the day we received the car because it was late and I had kids with me). He's all around a great salesperson and a great guy. I will be returning when my lease is up. More
