In fact the worst service experience of any vehicle brand I have ever owned. They are incredibly rude and not helpful when bringing in car. Nothing is on record and the service consultants who greet you when bringing in your car (for appointment) don't know anything until you wait for an hour for the car to be inspected. Then they will give you a status but only after you seek them out. Just be prepared to wait a long time to find out if they even have the parts you require. I'm considering terminating my lease early because the next closest Nissan service is over 50 miles away. More
