Professional excellence I’d like to complement Dino for the excellent service he provided me and his kindness, I picked up a new vehicle on Tuesday and later that day Dino I’d like to complement Dino for the excellent service he provided me and his kindness, I picked up a new vehicle on Tuesday and later that day Dino sent me a text informing me that I left a few items in my old vehicle. The next day I informed him that I would drive to the dealership to pick up those items and he told me to call him when I arrived at the dealership and he would bring the items out to me so I would not have to get out of my car. What made that such an awesome act of kindness is the temperature outside was a -30°. Everyone that I interacted with at the dealership was exceptional.
