Amazing response to a problem After having new tires put on and balanced, I drove from Toledo to Flat Rock,MI. After driving for close to an hour I could tell something was wrong—- After having new tires put on and balanced, I drove from Toledo to Flat Rock,MI. After driving for close to an hour I could tell something was wrong—-the way my wheels seemed to be shaking. By the time I arrived at the funeral home my car was making a loud grinding noise. A mechanic at the funeral home looked at it said something fell off and was stuck I. Another part. I called AAA and it would cost $250 to tow my car back to Toledo. To make a long story short, Yark tower it back, gave me a vehicle to drive and fixed my car with no questions asked. Due to this incredible service experience and 11 years driving Nissons with no other problems ever occurring I would go no where else for service on my cars. They are always very pleasant to work with! More

I told Dino my budget and my needs/wants for a new car. We took a Sentra for a test drive and I took it home the next day. Dino took the anxiety out of the car shopping process, and turned it into an easy and fun experience. Great customer service from Nick in Finance and the sales manager, Todd, as well.
