I started my sale at Yark on a Saturday with them. I told them that I had multiple concussions(TBI) and could not keep up, they assured me they would take care of me. They tried to take advantage of me every step of the sale from the second I walked in the door. I was also promised that we could start the paper work and finish after we speak to the sales manager to deal with several issues with the vehicle (40k truck that was never even prepared for the lot) on Monday and finish the deal then. Showed up Monday simply to be told by their sales manager Todd Reckley that we didn't need to finish the rest of the paper work, I had already signed the stuff I had to and the purchase was done. They had nothing more to talk about. This was a vehicle I liked and wanted, there was no reason to lie to close the purchase. Todd is the type of person that gives the auto business it’s terrible reputation. More

I truly appreciated Chris's consistent, clear communication throughout our purchase of a new Leaf. But Chris went out of his way to find us a new car and keep us informed of its status as we waited for a few weeks for it to come in. And he's super nice! More
