Waited 3+ hrs after oil change for a “software recall” Was told its take less than 1 hr, but no one told me the service techs were taking a lunch break. Had a schedule appointment for 12:30. Finally left dealership approximately 3:30ish missing an appointment at 3pm because my truck was being “serviced!” Last 2 oil changes have had excruciating wait times even with schedule appointments. Almost forcing me not to come back. More

Chris Dandino was very helpful when I turned in my leased Rogue. He helped me lease a Subaru Forrester at the same time and took care of all the details with returning the Rogue. I was excited to buy a vehicle from you at first and Rob Rohrs was helpful and responded quickly. The finance person displayed a bad attitude after I declined the warranty package.
