Just an oil change so not much to say but the job was done and the staff is friendly and courteous. It took a little over an hour even though I had an appointment. Precovid, waiting that long is not too much of a problem but the waiting area was very crowded so it was very uncomfortable to walk around the whole time. I tried going outside but there was no where outdoors to sit. Benches outside would have been nice. More

Worst experience ever had with a Service department Took 2011 Nissan Juke into Yark Service on Nov 22, 2019. Took until Feb 14, 2020 to get car back after engine replacement. Between Feb 2020 to June 20 Took 2011 Nissan Juke into Yark Service on Nov 22, 2019. Took until Feb 14, 2020 to get car back after engine replacement. Between Feb 2020 to June 2002 took back for replace of new AC compressor, brake work and alternator belt falling off. When vehicle was picked up in Feb and on each time vehicle was taken in for repairs, told Sam and DJ Supan about loudness of engine. Told each time Sam said the engine was fine. Turbos are just loud. Transported the vehicle to Texas in July. Took to own mechanic and told reason for loudness was vehicle was not shifting from 2nd to 3rd. Had to pay over $1500 to have it fixed. If Yark service department would have done their job in between Feb and Jun it would have been covered under extended warranty. Made attempts to contact Yark but no reply. Processed complaint through Nissan. Told Nissan contacted dealership and was told Yark would look into it. No response from Yark on complaint. Filed BBB complaint. Still waiting. This service department should not be used if you want them to really look into your concerns on your vehicle. Feel like a fool for letting them work on my vehicle. More
The procedures that were to be done were thoroughly explained to me. My sales associate was friendly and professional in his actions. The pricing for services rendered seemed reasonable. My only complaints were that my online booked appointment apparently wasn't showing up in their system, and the procedure took about three hours, compared to the hour and a half I was quoted. The free coffee in the waiting area was a huge plus, it was extremely good. More
