sold me a 1 year old car which needed a navigation chip. Promised me the chip in a day or two, only after the 72 hour return period had passed did they tell me the part was back ordered. After a month I gave up on them and filed a bbb complaint and a attorney General complaint. Due to complaint they then quit talking to me completely and said they would work with the attorney General only. Two month after buying the car they finally sent me the navigation card but it requires a activation code which they didn't send. In addition a month after purchase they sent a notice saying my credit was not approved after approval when I bought it. I requested an explanation and after a month I have still not recieved it. I would never do business with them again and reccomend you don't either! More
I want to love this dealership. I bought a 2017 Honda CRV recently there. After test driving the car we took it to a mechanic for a inspection. The breaks and rotors needed to be replaced which was a safety issue for us. Our sales guy and the manager worked with us (manager hard balled us a bit) and agreed to replace a few things for us. Only issue I have is I drove and hour there, waited for 6 hours only to come home and realize all of the agreed upon repairs didn't happen. We are still working to get everything fixed which is frustrating. Beside this hiccup, Yark seems like it could be a good, reliable dealership. Jury is still out. More
Although the website still says no appointments for Express Service, I was told when I arrived first thing in the morning yesterday (8-20-20) that I did indeed need an appointment. They scheduled one Express Service, I was told when I arrived first thing in the morning yesterday (8-20-20) that I did indeed need an appointment. They scheduled one for me at noon same day. They said the appointments help prevent people from waiting for a long time while their car is serviced. When I came back at noon, there was no one else there. My car was taken back immediately. I still ended up waiting for over an hour. I was told that they had to go elsewhere to get the oil filter for the car It's my wife's car, and it's not a Nissan. I understand that they wish to allow other makes to be serviced at Yark, but spending that amount of time waiting while they went to get parts that they don't normally have on hand seems counter-productive. Perhaps bringing my wife's car (a 2008 Saturn Vue) isn't such a good idea. After my previous issues there with my own car, which is a Nissan, I'm not giving the Express Service very much rope. I will bring my car in again and give them another opportunity with that car, but I remain skeptical about how I'm being served there. More
