Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and have forwarded your review to proper management for further information. After further investigation, the part is on back order, unfortunately. We originally thought we could get it in a day or two when we asked the parts department but then it was determined the part needed is in fact on back order. Your salesman let you know and suggested for you to use Apple car play with your Iphone for the time being because Covid-19 has delayed some parts being ordered, which is out of our control. We understand your frustration and hope you can accept our sincere apology and please know that it is never our intention to make any of our customers feel less than satisfied when leaving our dealership.
