Service was fast and everyone was friendly. Fantastic service and service technician was able to find discounts for services I had done on my vehicle today. When I could get ahold of someone, they were pleasant. I took my vehicle in for an intermittent issue, which of course could not be replicated while my vehicle was there. I dropped the vehicle off the night before my service appointment. I called first thing after they opened (7:30-8:00), to make sure they had gotten the key okay, but there was no answer, so I left a voicemail. I called again a few hours later 10:30-ish), left a voicemail, no response. I gave them another couple of hours (noon), and got another voicemail. I proceeded to continue calling back nearly 20 times over the next 90 minutes until I arrived at the dealership. The advisor whom I’d left a voicemail had never checked the overnight box!!! The good news is that the tech had check the box, and had my vehicle for diagnostic, but they were still working on finding the issue. I requested a loaner due to my family/work situation, but none were available. The next business day they Called and advised they had a loaner ready for me. Once I left with the loaner, I did not hear anything back from them the rest of the week (6 calendar days). I finally called them around noon the following Monday (9 calendar days), and was told they couldn’t diagnose the issue since it could not be replicated. Very poor communication by the advisors. More
