As soon as I walked through the door, Dino made me feel like an old friend and not just enough sale. I showed him the vehicle I found online and he ensured me that I will locate it. After my test drive, he prepared the paperwork and within minutes I was able to get to the accounting team to make my payment. Once account, I had another pleasure to work with Adonis. Adonis, just like Dino, was very welcoming. Due to withdrawal limits, Adonis offered a solution I hadn't thought about in which I was able to execute. Once I had money in hand, the final paperwork went well. Shortly after the paperwork was completed, I was sent back to Dino was ensured my new vehicle was clean and ready for me. All in all, buying a vehicle at other places, I would have been there for hours and hours, at Yark, from the time I walked into the door until I drove off the lot, it took only 2.5 hours. The time flew and I didn't notice until I looked at the clock driving away. Yark really did make me feel like an old friend from the beginning to the end and I will make sure all my family and friends know about this. More

Brought my company vehicle in for a check engine light. Was told I need to schedule an appt. made on for the next day. Brought vehicle in at said time and was told it would take an hour to inspect and asse Was told I need to schedule an appt. made on for the next day. Brought vehicle in at said time and was told it would take an hour to inspect and assess. After 1.5 hours I walked out to ask how much longer it would be. I was told they had found the problem and had the part and we’re getting it fixed. Great news! I asked how much longer it would be and said about an hour or better. I asked if they could find out for sure as I would get a ride or reschedule my other appointments. About 15 mins later they pulled my van up to the front and said it was completed. I’m glad and great full they got it fixed but disappointed they didn’t check with me or inform me of what was going on when they weren’t busy. My 1 hr appt turned into about 2.5 hours. Just wish they did a better job communicating. More
