Thank you for your review and sharing your feedback with us! We strive to please our customers the best we can but unfortunately we do not wash the vehicles after the service is done. One of the reasons being is that we offer a complimentary car wash to our customers behind our Mazda store that you can drive up to anytime Monday through Saturday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm, weather permitting. We appreciate your business and hope to be able to serve you again in the future!

We truly apologize for your experience and for any miscommunication that has happened. Our car wash is complimentary for our customers and need a sticker or bracket on their vehicle to determine who our customers are. We have several franchises utilizing this free service. Also, on the positive side what we can tell you is that we have retained almost the entire Brown Mazda staff so hopefully in your eyes that is a very good thing. We can also let you know that construction will begin soon on a brand new enclosed service write up area with enhancements to the customer lounge area. And the entire facility will be undergoing an extensive remodeling over the next 12 to 18 months to be a state of the art Mazda Evolution facility. We purchased the Mazda dealership because we have very high expectations for the Mazda brand in the greater Toledo market. So please be patient with us as we work though this process to provide an enhanced customer experience for our new to Yark Mazda customers.
