Yark Mazda

I was sold a used car with only one key. This was not disclosed to me until after I had written my check and purchased the car. I was then told a key at the dealership could be programmed for “only” $120 disclosed to me until after I had written my check and purchased the car. I was then told a key at the dealership could be programmed for “only” $120. This didn’t seem like a great deal to me since it’s pretty universal to expect to get 2 keys when you purchase a car. Unfortunately, the key at the dealership was NOT able to be reprogrammed appropriately and it took 2 hours to come to this conclusion while I was sitting in your waiting room. This was no one’s fault and the staff was all very nice to me while I was there. At this point, I’m just not thrilled to have spent all of this time already and now have to pay nearly $300 to have an item which should have been a standard inclusion at the time of the purchase. More

This was my first visit to service under Yark Mazda they were all ready for me when I arrived. The person greeting me was very professional new my name. She took the car back immediately .
