The service was bad. I brought my car there to check the shocks because the car feels bouncy, they told me it wasn't time to check it because it only has 30000 miles on it and the car is certified, they jus shocks because the car feels bouncy, they told me it wasn't time to check it because it only has 30000 miles on it and the car is certified, they just did an alignment and the car doesn't feel any different, they didn't address my problem and waisted my time. Friendly and helpful Stephanie is a great “face” for the company since transitioning from previous owner. Engine light fixed itself and did not need service. We planned to just test drive a CX-5, but decided to purchase one. We offered to come back the next morning as it was close to closing, but they said they could stay late and complete the sale.
