People that work at Yark really care about their customers. From the sales rep all the way to the service dept. As I search through your list of employees, I now know why I had the experience that I had was because he is so new, (not even listed) and his lack of knowledge of the vehicle quickly rose to the forefron why I had the experience that I had was because he is so new, (not even listed) and his lack of knowledge of the vehicle quickly rose to the forefront. The biggest red flag was claiming to have never heard about the S plan for Mazda's. When asked what a w/wiper de icer was, he didn't know. Tried to tell me that the Mazda 6 GT and GTR had different engines. He tried to explain how the interest rate would be effected by the amount of down payment, based on a 0.0% rate. He search and found a trim level I was thinking about. On Saturday he said it was in Farmington Hills, Michigan, I come back on Monday to see if he found anything out, then tells me the dealer is in Columbus, that's 35 vs 200 miles from my house. This is probably not totality related to him but went to test drive a car and the gas was 9 miles to empty, I'm just glad I checked when I got in. He needs to be more knowledgeable in the line up for himself, any future customers, and the dealership. More
