The first stop was at Nissan where we met Brandon Speelman whom gave us such great service showing us around. That day we ran out of time and made an appointment to come back to see the rest of Yark's many makes and models. We met up with Brandon and started in again on our search. Brandon chauffeured us from lot to lot on our search. Brandon was very helpful answering or quickly finding out the answers to all our questions and then we came to the fait building. Between Brandon and Tony taking us around and answering questions and picking our brain on what we wanted I ended up being the one leaving Yark that day with a new car. With the help of Dave Doster (Fiat Sales Manager) and the on to Ray Mucci (Finance Manager) I was handed the keys to a Fiat 500c and was on my way in just a few hours. There professionalism was outstanding and my wife will be getting a car from them soon. More

They were genuinely interested in not only selling a car, but making sure it was the car I wanted. Thanks! However, Todd Reckley in the Finance Dept. was not a joy. He left me waiting so long when he went to get his manager's "approval", I went searching for him. Unable to track him down, I left to go to lunch. When I returned, he never would give me a straight answer on what an extended warranty would cost. Sadly, he and his manager tried to hide the cost in the monthly car payment -- expecting me to pay finance interest for 48 months on an extended warranty and $7,824 for a warranty I ultimately bought from a third-party for $1,325. Count your fingers if you shake the hand of those in the Finance Dept! More
