Unimpressed A lot different than Mazda. Have to leave your car outside and my oil change was $10 more than at Mazda. Mazda gave a $7 rebate and that also was di A lot different than Mazda. I will be taking my car somewhere else to have my oil changed. The lady that checked me in was friendly though. It is just a lot smaller than at Mazda. More

Communication needs a lot of work, when you call to talk to someone in service, all you get is voice mail, and when you leave a voice mail, no one calls you back, sometimes you have to call back over and over again to get a real person to talk to, and it would be nice to know who the service manger is and who is an advisor, so you know who you are talking to, and also, when my problems first came up, when i talked to an advisor, it seemed like they didn’t believe you that you had a problem.
