Well, it wouldn't have taken much to have made me happy and you and your team made no effort. Let's also just ignore the fact that I wasn't even offered a chair to sit in. Or the fact that I left without receiving copies of the documents I signed with Kevin. Or the fact that he didn't even respond to my text message when I realized later that day. Or the fact that I called on Saturday and was initially told most those documents are for internal (as in, we really don't give customers copies of what they sign, I guess). Or the fact that when I showed up on Monday he gave no apologies for me having to make another trip in. I can't image people sign documents and don't expect to get a copy of what they signed. Your live market pricing excuse is a joke.
