I would avoid this dealership. Kevin Phoenix is unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Took my wife and daughter into the dealership and he wasn't even courteous to bring in a Kevin Phoenix is unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Took my wife and daughter into the dealership and he wasn't even courteous to bring in a third chair for me to sit on. I stood during the purchase signing. Only reason why I continued with the purchase because it was for my daughter and her first car. The whole thing also got awkward after I simply tried asking for a little negotiation. Just wanted something from the dealership to reward me for spending my money at their place and not somewhere else. I regret walking into that dealership. I will never purchase another vehicle there. Many other better dealerships to work with. Many other better salesman to work with also. Kevin didn't even make me copies of the documents I signed. He didn't return my message after the purchase and didn't apologize for the extra trip I had to make back into the place to get my copies. horrible. More

Our family just purchased our first Mazda. We were looking to replace an 11 year old Honda and had heard about the quality and reliability of Mazda. After a lot of research, we had our eye on We were looking to replace an 11 year old Honda and had heard about the quality and reliability of Mazda. After a lot of research, we had our eye on a CX-90 and decided to pull the trigger. I had driven by the dealership earlier in the day and saw the vehicle was still in the yard, but covered with ice and snow. I called and spoke to James Diaz in the sales department and let him know we wanted to stop for a test drive. When we got to the dealership, the car was cleaned off and warmed (first test passed). We took the vehicle for a highway and city test and decide to purchase. No car buying experience is necessary enjoyable, but James answered our questions and didn't pressure us. We went back and forth over the purchase price and our trade eval, eventually settling on what we thought was a fair deal. While we finished signing paperwork, the dealership finished prepping the vehicle. James spent all the time we needed to answer all of our questions and if we needed anything in the future we could call him. Everyone at the dealership made us feel welcome and that they wanted to earn our business. Time will tell on the new vehicle, but I would recommend Yark Mazda for the buying experience. Hoping any service needs are way in the future! More
