Trip from Pinckney MI to CT..... We were headed to Ct to go to a funeral of a dear friend. We left early to make the 700 mile trip in one day. When we drove into OH our Ford started loosing power. We pulled over and asked for the nearest Ford dealership. We were lucky to find a UPS driver that gave us directions to Kisler Ford. We just showed up and got in line with other cars needing service. our service guy was Tom Muirhead. When he found out we were trying to get to a funeral....he went out of his way to get our car fixed...he knew what the problem was. We sat in a very nice lounge, and within an hour our car was fixed. he was friendly, knowledgable and sympathetic. he needs a raise! More

Recall Yesterdays experience was awesome. Tom was great. When car first started acting up before recall, I took it back to where I bought it. At that time no Yesterdays experience was awesome. Tom was great. When car first started acting up before recall, I took it back to where I bought it. At that time no warning lights were on, and they could fine nothing. I had to pay $90. I feel Ford owes me that money. Is there anything I can about getting it reimbursed? More

Fast and Helpful I had just backed into someone in a parking lot and did some minor damage to the bumper of my 2010 Ford Escape. I stopped at the dealership (body shop I had just backed into someone in a parking lot and did some minor damage to the bumper of my 2010 Ford Escape. I stopped at the dealership (body shop) to ask their thoughts on the damage. Jerry Kohlruss, the Collision Shop Manager, took one look and called Justin Mitchell out to collect his thoughts. Justin went back into the shop and came out with a short rod and within 2 minutes had basically restored my dented bumper to it's original shape. Yes there was some minor paint damage but to receive fast and honest service with such excellent quality was refreshing. I will continue to recommend my social network (friends and family) to go to Kistler for all of their car care needs! More
