Excellent Service We have taken our 2010 Fusion in Kistler several times for service even though this was not where we purchased the vehicle. The issue today was a dented rim from hitting a pot hole. They were able to get out the dent and washed the car all for no charge. It was much appreciated, and we will continue to do business there in the future. More

excellent experience I needed tires for my truck, I was referred to you by Sonja pauly. I called about the tires and Abe was very polite to Sam me what tires I had on the I needed tires for my truck, I was referred to you by Sonja pauly. I called about the tires and Abe was very polite to Sam me what tires I had on the truck so he could price out new ones. Nick, the service advisor made me feel very comfortable. Dominick Franklin did the service, just so you know, I had a problem with the drivers side rear wheel lock up, after Dominick did the inspection and tires it hasn't locked up since, and the brake pedal feels better. So what ever he did I greatly appreciate it. And Sonja pauly met me at 8:00 am on her day off and sat with me in the waiting room, while my truck was in. Then she showed me some of the vehicles in the show room, she has a lot of knowledge about them. She was very thorough about the cars. I thought it was very nice of Sonja to do this. I will definitely have my truck serviced there again and recommend you to other people. More

The insurance company had me take the car to Kistler Ford on Central Ave. when I picked my car up not only was i impressed with the body work I noticed that they popped out a dent that was not accident related as a courtesy. I am the father of two young boys. My car is never clean and has toys everywhere. They took the time to detail my car and organize the toys for the boys. My car looked like it just came off the line and was ready for sale. I can not THANK YOU enough for the professionalism and extra efforts you have made for my car. I appreciate it very much. These actions are a true testament to what Customer Service is all about. They went above all expectations. Matt Shanahan More

I would not recommend them to anyone. More
Lack of Customer Notification of Additiona Service Performed I took my car in for a Safety Recall and during the work being performed the mechanic broke the attached Hinge. I would appreciate the next time if yo I took my car in for a Safety Recall and during the work being performed the mechanic broke the attached Hinge. I would appreciate the next time if you see something with corrosion or possibly resulting in additional work that the customer needs to be notified ahead of time prior to work in that area. This resulted in additional charges that I did not approve or expect. Then the mechanic called and rudely stated that I needed to pay for it. However after speaking to the Service Manager who was friendly and understood my case made an adjustment to 50% off my expense. Even though I appreciate the adjustment, I believe i should have been advised of the situation prior to any work being done and will not return for any further service on my vehicles. :-( More

Trip from Pinckney MI to CT..... We were headed to Ct to go to a funeral of a dear friend. We left early to make the 700 mile trip in one day. When we drove into OH our Ford started loosing power. We pulled over and asked for the nearest Ford dealership. We were lucky to find a UPS driver that gave us directions to Kisler Ford. We just showed up and got in line with other cars needing service. our service guy was Tom Muirhead. When he found out we were trying to get to a funeral....he went out of his way to get our car fixed...he knew what the problem was. We sat in a very nice lounge, and within an hour our car was fixed. he was friendly, knowledgable and sympathetic. he needs a raise! More
