Repairs and service We were visiting family in michigan and Ohio when our fuel pump went out on our way home to Florida. It took almost 8 hours to get diagnosed. Then we We were visiting family in michigan and Ohio when our fuel pump went out on our way home to Florida. It took almost 8 hours to get diagnosed. Then we were told that we needed a new gas tank! Kistler wanted to charge us 2500.00 for repairs. We were given a detailed print out showing the procedures to follow when diagnosing our problem. It clearly states that the mechanic should drop the tank to inspect it. When waiting for the tow truck to take our van somewhere else, the mechanic admitted that he never dropped or inspected the gas tank, yet they were prepared to replace a tank that was perfectly fine for 1200. Our van is wheelchair accessible because our son is a quadriplegic and in a wheelchair. Kistler ford is as crooked as you can get especially if you are from out of state! Needless to say, because of this experience we will NEVER buy a ford again! More
Price kept changing Signed up for an oil change service online for $79.00, got there and it changed to $86.00 (tax?), came to pick up my car and it changed to $106.00 (no Signed up for an oil change service online for $79.00, got there and it changed to $86.00 (tax?), came to pick up my car and it changed to $106.00 (no changes in service occurred), then when I questioned them the tire rotation was suddenly free and the price changed to $89.00. What would you think? Would have preferred a private email, but they don’t publish email addresses...might be a clue. Everything was 5 stars except for this. More

I purchased my 2004 F150 about 7 years ago fr I just want to comment on the "Fantastic" service that I received by Jennifer Pierce in theServiceDept. I purchased my 2004 F150 about 7 years ago from Kistler. I have almost always had my service done at the dealership, and had in the past worked with Bill Noe in Service. Bill took good care of my repair needs. After Bill left, I did not visit the Service Dept. for a while. I had an issue with my truck about a week ago, came in without an appointment, the dept was very busy that day. Jennifer went the extra mile to get me in and back on the road the next morning. She is "wonderful", even let me use the phone to call work as I currently do not have a cell phone. I will be back for service on my truck as well as my 2012 Fusion. Thanks Jennifer!!! More

Super service After having my Escape go into idle on the expressway two days running, I pulled into Kistler Ford service area out of fear of being stranded. Jennifer immediately sensed my concern and brought out Frank and Brian. They were able to promptly remedy the situation and have me on my way. I won't go anywhere else for service After visiting the service department one time from where I purchased my Jeep, I realized the value of the service I have been getting at Kistler and After visiting the service department one time from where I purchased my Jeep, I realized the value of the service I have been getting at Kistler and will never go anywhere else. My recent experience is a prime example of how they go above and beyond. I pulled in for an oil change on a Friday morning. Todd Larson greeted me with a smile despite being obviously busy and when I asked him the length of my wait he told me how many cars were waiting and said that if I was in a hurry I could return Saturday morning, adding that if there happened to be a wait he would come out from behind the desk and change my oil himself to get me out of there quickly. The next day I returned to find a long line in the morning. Todd immediately recognized me from behind his desk and happily called out to me and told me he'd be changing my oil. Jennifer Pierce took care of my paperwork for me. Jennifer and Todd alike, although slammed on a Saturday morning, appeared to love their jobs and were nothing but gracious and enthusiastic talking with me and all of the other customers. Regardless of the type of business, these people set the benchmark for customer service in fostering a positive experience and feeling genuinely valued as a client. More
Best Experience I have ever had at a Service Dept. I had been working with Jennifer in Service, I regretfully say I purchased a used Ford Mustang at a Chrysler Dealership and paid the price. I had issu I had been working with Jennifer in Service, I regretfully say I purchased a used Ford Mustang at a Chrysler Dealership and paid the price. I had issues with the vehicle about 300 miles into owning the car and the other Dealership asked me to take it to Kistler rather than their dealership. The other Dealership decided not to honor my 90 day limited warranty nor did they offer out of good faith to have the vehicle repair done or to pay for Kislters time and energy. I am highly commending Jennifer for going above the call of duty as a service representative for Kistler. She must have called the other dealership on my behalf at least a dozen times and no one from the other dealership would return her call. She negotiated with Kistler to reduce the actual cost in 1/2 and my 15 year old son was very pleased to learn that the bill was reduced. Jennifer thank you so much for your empathy and showing that people still care about great service. My son and I hour extremely grateful for your integrity and you have a loyal customer for life.
