Update to previous rant I stopped in this morning and spoke with the service manager Michelle. She was very apologetic and offered to make it right. Excellent Service Department & Body Shop Geico recommended this body shop and I'm very glad they did! I was leery of taking my VW to a Ford shop (VW owners understand), but Kistler did awesom Geico recommended this body shop and I'm very glad they did! I was leery of taking my VW to a Ford shop (VW owners understand), but Kistler did awesome and kept me informed the whole time. All work was timely and well done - plus it's guaranteed for as long as I own the car. They even did an oil change on my VW (GASP!) without any complications. I'm definitely pleased with their service and professionalism, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a quality service center in the area. Annie was particularly awesome for keeping me informed, and confirming the work and timeframe so that everything meshed well with my busy schedule! More

The knowledge and assistance he offered for a complete set of new tires really helped me make the right decision based on quality and cost, he also had Jake who I believe is your tire guy call me to give further expert advice. The replacement key was offered to be taken care of the very ne t day from my call to inquire about the process, fantastic!
