Excellent Service Department & Body Shop Geico recommended this body shop and I'm very glad they did! I was leery of taking my VW to a Ford shop (VW owners understand), but Kistler did awesom Geico recommended this body shop and I'm very glad they did! I was leery of taking my VW to a Ford shop (VW owners understand), but Kistler did awesome and kept me informed the whole time. All work was timely and well done - plus it's guaranteed for as long as I own the car. They even did an oil change on my VW (GASP!) without any complications. I'm definitely pleased with their service and professionalism, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a quality service center in the area. Annie was particularly awesome for keeping me informed, and confirming the work and timeframe so that everything meshed well with my busy schedule! More

Your service rep Cody has been the most helpful and accommodating member of your team! The knowledge and assistance he offered for a complete set of new tires really helped me make the right decision based on quality and cost, he also had Jake who I believe is your tire guy call me to give further expert advice. The replacement key was offered to be taken care of the very ne t day from my call to inquire about the process, fantastic! I tell all my friends and family that Kistler is the place for new and used cars. Thank you all. More

Repairs and service We were visiting family in michigan and Ohio when our fuel pump went out on our way home to Florida. It took almost 8 hours to get diagnosed. Then we We were visiting family in michigan and Ohio when our fuel pump went out on our way home to Florida. It took almost 8 hours to get diagnosed. Then we were told that we needed a new gas tank! Kistler wanted to charge us 2500.00 for repairs. We were given a detailed print out showing the procedures to follow when diagnosing our problem. It clearly states that the mechanic should drop the tank to inspect it. When waiting for the tow truck to take our van somewhere else, the mechanic admitted that he never dropped or inspected the gas tank, yet they were prepared to replace a tank that was perfectly fine for 1200. Our van is wheelchair accessible because our son is a quadriplegic and in a wheelchair. Kistler ford is as crooked as you can get especially if you are from out of state! Needless to say, because of this experience we will NEVER buy a ford again! More
